Sekgana Ngokoane Motimele has been teaching Mathematics at a secondary school for the past 20 years. Her students’ ages range between 12 and 25 years of age, and on average, there are 50 students in each of her classes. Sekgana holds a Secondary Teacher’s Diploma (1986), a Bachelor of Arts Degree (1989), and a further Diploma in Education (2000). She is participating in ILEP to improve her teaching methods and to become a better teacher.
